Is it unprofessional to change clothing in your own office for afternoon workout? My new director gave a little gasp when I said I close my blinds to change for a afternoon workout.
I always lock my door and close the blinds before I change. I work for a university.
I shower after each workout and I lock all attire up.

O No and what happens in your office stays in your office.
Teach of course or to aid yourself is OK. Bathrooms are so yucky. Then the fact you shower is great. Wash your outfit of course. People reach a point to have four walls and a desk.
It is ok for some things personal. BRAVO
