Is cleansing, toning and moisturising in am and pm really good for your skin?

I started doing all of the 3 above a few wks ago and my face has come out in a few spots this wk. I very rarely get spots, do you think its down to cleansing, toning and moisturising?
How many of you do all these 3 morn and night?

I do all of that as well. Sometimes your skin has to get used to being so clean! I know it sounds weird, but my skin was all out of whack for the first week or so, then it gradually evened out. Now my skin is great.
