What’s the best sport for maximum physical fitness?
Im unfit but raring to go-can anyone tell me what sports/activities will get me fit in the quickest time?
diet and walking ten miles a day will get you fit, low impact. you can try any activity if you do not eat very much till 6pm. If the activity you choose is physical then you will be fit and loose weight, but do not pig out after 6 just a normal meal. only do something you will enjoy otherwise you will give up after a short while . x x x
