Cardio workouts and leg muscles tiring out?
I love to do my cardio workouts through running. The problem is though, when I start running, it doesn’t take long for my legs(thighs and calves) to tire out. This is bad especially since it prevents me from maintaining a good heart rate.
Is there anyway to prevent the leg muscles from tiring out, cramping up, etc? It would be much appreciated. Thanks!
stretch your legs and calves before running, this will prevent them from tightening up and cramping. I play soccer and I used to never stretch and my legs would kill, after stretching its all good =)
